Yes, we offer TFM partnerships and have in fact noticed that most of the clients we work with are on a partnership basis.

We have found that whilst many large organisations outsource, it is often the smaller businesses that are most exposed.

This really depends on what service you have engaged with us for. Planned service contracts will typically be billed at 1/n of the contract period, whereas reactive maintenance will be billed on completion of the job. Your account manager will be able to discuss this with you.

Yes, BASSE Solutions does provide last minute reactive property maintenance and repair solutions. Unlike others, we pride ourselves on taking emergencies cradle to grave and work hard to ensure we relieve you of your pain points.

Every BASSE client will be appointed an account manager. Your account manager will work closely with you on all areas of your project to ensure communication is managed successfully and your project is completed on time and on budget.

We’re able to call upon our trusted network to support your Commercial and or Residential property needs. Offering fully managed maintenance repair services, bundle services and stand-alone services, we’re on hand to support your organisation wherever you need it most.

Not fully. However, for the areas we can’t yet reach we often have service partners who may be able to help so It’s always worth reaching out to us!

Our main service area is from Birmingham throughout East Anglia and down to the South coast.

We service the B2B market so as long as you fit into that category then BASSE can provide you with a service.

We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to meet the needs of our clients. So, whether you’re looking for a one-off projects, routine contract maintenance or reactive maintenance, we have service agreement to suit.

Building long lasting relationships is important to us. So, whether we work together regularly or only on the occasional project, we want to ensure you feel comfortable calling on BASEE to help in any maintenance or repair situation.

Unfortunately, not at the moment but we are working on it.

That being said we often do need to have engineers working into the evening and over the weekend so we will try and accommodate ‘out of hours’ working if needed.

What type of maintenance, management and repairs can we outsource to BASSE?2023-04-11T13:24:39+00:00

We provide a fully managed reactive repair and planned maintenance service to both Residential and Commercial properties. This includes building and fabric estate services, mechanical services, electrical services and other general services.

We also work in a cooperative manner with single service providers in more specialised equipment so we can usually cover most services either in-house or through a partner.

We’re always happy to help where we can so, if you’ve got a project you’d like to discuss, a fault you’d like to fix or just need a soundboard, please do give us a call. We’re often able to provide support over the phone without the need for a call out.

Both total facilities management (TFM) and integrated facilities management (IFM) are the service of outsourcing your hard and soft facilities needs to one management provider.

BASSE Solutions brings all maintenance and reactive repair services together under one roof to provide your organisation with a comprehensive solution to suit your individual needs and budget. Our approach also allows us to work seamlessly in partnerships with larger facilities management organisations to support their clients maintenance needs.

Engaging with a provider like BASSE is not always about cost saving. We believe it’s more about having a partner who is expert enough in the aspect of service they are engaged for (horses for courses), working closely with you to help your business achieve its goals and objectives. However, in saying this, cost savings will of course be possible and through our buying power we can pass savings onto our clients.
